Maus Family Quiz!

Does anyone recognize these munchkins? I actually remember doing this which is crazy. I have a lot of memories from living with you guys. It is so wierd.

Lindon LOVES to play with balls. I mean loves it! Maybe we have a future ball player in our hands. He seems to prefer to throw with the left hand too. Maybe it is way to soon to tell or just wishful thinking but if you watch him most of the time he throws with his left hand. We will have to see. He can also say ball. It is so cute and exciting. He throws the ball back and forth to us saying ball ball ball.

The neighbor gave Lindon this elmo doll that dances and sings about making pizzas and he loves it. He tries to dance with it. It is so cute.

I bought some flowers to sit on the kitchen table. They are soooo pretty to me.

Our house!

A few people have asked us to post a few pics of our house. Here she is. We love it. We are coming along one weekend at a time. We want to extend our front bed to go around the light pole and down the driveway. My little mans molars are starting to bother him so I am off.

Our first molar!

I forgot to tell you guys too that Lindon's first molar came in over the weekend. I felt that his gums were swelling up so I knew to look for it, but he was a little whiny one night. I knew to check for it. Of course he won't let me feel it so I have to pretend like I am playing with him and hang him upside down so he will laugh with his mouth wide open. Then I can see. He has been doing really good with them though. Only whiny as the night approaches until he gets his motrin. The left side of his mouth is swollen too so I know more are coming.

Also, F.Y.I my son HATES so get his teeth brushed. I feel like his teeth are going to fall out at age 1 because it is such a fight to get him to allow me to brush his teeth. I have to hold both arms down and hold his head still, let his head go back and mouth wide of from screaming bloody murder then I can try my best to fight the pulling of the arms and twisting of his little body. I hate it. I feel like I am abusing him. He does much better with our toothbrush becuase we have the electric one. So now he has his $25 dollar a head toothbrush. At least is gets many many more rotations in. He lets me brush for a least 30 seconds before I have to fight more.

A hiper night!

The other day was sooo busy for us. Lindon schedule for work is 24 hours on and 48 hours off. On his off time he cuts grass (huge around here). Anyway, Lindon had been working so we hadn't seen him for a while and of course we had to go right into the work day with out seeing each other or Lindon seeing little bud. After he got off of his shift he cut grass all day while I was working. Then he had to go to a swift water rescue class @ 4 until like 6:30. (He is so stretched right now...he is taking drivers classes, swift water rescue, fire dept., cutting grass, he plays softball, and family time) After I got off of work at about 5:30 I went to my in-laws house (they pick up little Lindon on days that Lindon is working at the fire dept or days like this one where he couldn't be at the sitters by 5 to get Lindon) to get Lindon. Lindon got out of his class shortly after I got to his parents house so he met me at their house so we could drive one vehicle back into town to go to his softball game at 7:00. That ended around 8:30 (they won) and we headed back home and arrived about 9:15ish. I had to give little Lindon and bath and put him in his crib so he would try to relax and lay down. During that time I had to cut Lindon's hair, clean up, and get ourselves ready for bed. Just as we were about to lay down from a looongggg day little bud piped up and got real hiper. It was so cute that we could hardly knock him down by not participating in all the excitement. So at 11:30 at night we are all running around the house playing chase with the little man. He loves to be chased around. It is so cute. That took up about 30 minutes but it was so much fun. We hadn't had to chance to settle down and enjoy each other all day so that kind of made up for it. The next morning Lindon did NOT want to get up. He is just like me in the morning. Not there. We ended up putting him in the car seat with this pjs still on. Funny little boy. You have to break the schedule and routine sometimes I guess.

Little tiny feet & little chubby leggs!!

I just LOVE lindons chubby little legs. I could eat them right up.

My Mothers Day suprise!

Normally Lindon is running around 500 miles an hour and you can never catch him and get him to snuggle with you for more than 5 seconds... if you count fast. For Mothers Day that changed. He was so clingy. He sat in my lap and relaxed for about 45 minutes before falling asleep. While I was holding him Lindon J. couldn't take it any longer before getting jealous and was itching to get his turn with the snuggle bunny. So like the good wife and mother I am I shared my little man with Daddy. We love it. I could eat him right up. :O)

Finger Foods!

Lindon has been doing so much better with his finger foods. Yeah! This is him eating peaches and pears. He loves them. He also loves diced carrots and peas. Funny little guy! I love to watch him eat because he puckers out his lips and tightens his cheeks like he is trying to fit the one little piece in his mouth. It is so cute.
